Paper stocks used on A4 and A5 letterhead

Do not ever purchase digitally printed A4 or A5 letterhead, as digitally printed A4 or A5 letterhead is NOT laser printer safe. It is more than likely that the toner (i.e.: powered dry ink) will melt in the laser printer, and damage both the letterhead and the laser printer.

All Printing's 100% laser printer friendly A4 letterhead is offset printed, and it available in two stocks:

  • 100gsm 100% sustainable plantation paper — this is a dedicated letterhead stock, and it is about the same strength and feel of the printer paper you might buy at the local newsagency. It is, as the name suggests, sourced from sustainable plantations.
  • 100gsm 100% recycled — this stock is 100% recycled paper, and it is about the same strength and feel of the printer paper you might buy at the local newsagency.

 

All Printing's 100% laser printer friendly A5 letterhead is offset printed, and it available in 100gsm 100% sustainable plantation paper.

 

Letterhead printing quantities

100% laser printer friendly A4 and A5 letterhead can be ordered in set quantities.

What you will notice when you visit the A4 and A5 letterhead pricing pages is that the most economical quantity starts at 1,000 — if you have a good look, you will see that the difference in price between 500 & 1,000 is only a few dollars.

 

Multiple-designs for letterhead

You can order several different A4 & A5 letterhead designs with each order (up to 10 different designs), however you must order all designs in equal quantities.

 

Production time

100% laser-printer safe A4 and A5 letterhead are guaranteed to be dispatched within the time line that you select. The FOUR letterhead printing production speeds that AllPrinting offers are:

  1. Standard — seven (7) FULL business days;
  2. Economy — ten (10) FULL business days;
  3. Discount — fourteen (14) FULL business days; and
  4. Cheapest — twenty-one (21) FULL business days.

Please note that the guaranteed time to dispatch is effected by two matters:

  1. If the file you present is NOT 100% press-ready (or "all but 100% press-ready"), then the production time-clock will NOT start ticking until either:
    • We have corrected your file, and you have approved the PDF Proof that we will send you; or
    • You have supplied a new press-ready file (i.e.: some files are in such a state that we are unable to repair them, and a new file must be submitted).
  2. If you request a PDF Proof, these take about 24 hours for us to produce, and you must sign off the PDF Proof before the production time clock will start ticking.
