Printing excellence

AllPrinting is dedicated to the pursuit of printing excellence. We set up this business because we have a passion for excellence. We are not so much technicians using computerised equipment, as craftsmen and craftswomen passionate about a cause.

We use the most advanced equipment in the world to achieve the highest quality full colour printing output and we have the skills and vast experience needed use these machines. Many printers have one or the other, but very few have both - and this is just so true!

A computer programme has been especially created for AllPrinting. The computer programme displays to all staff the stage of production where each job is at, and the date by which the job is to be completed. This information assists each staff member in better organising his or her day/week so as to be able to produce quality products in a timely manner, as distinct from being badly organised and ‘rushing’ jobs due to a forgotten deadline.

We have developed procedures, some of which might seem trivial, to ensure that only quality material ever goes out through our doors.

Careful attention is paid to packaging so that printed material is not scuffed during the dispatch process (e.g.: damage can be caused by merely pushing too many items into a box) or during transit, and the packaging must be signed-off by a director BEFORE the package is even sealed.

Deadlines - we know what they mean

Customers have deadlines for one reason - they are deadlines and they need their job on that date! Many printers do not understand that simple fact, so they give ‘guidelines’ as to when the job will be done.

Unlike those many other printers, AllPrinting is committed meeting deadlines, and we pursue on-time delivery for one reason - it is a fact that the customer is the best person to determine when a job should be shipped, and the printer should adhere to the customer’s demands.

We are ‘early adopters’ of new technology where that technology will benefit our customers. We utilise the most technologically advanced equipment to produce quality material, and produce it on time.

If we can’t find the technology we need, we create it!

Our website was developed by world class computer engineers and our website is, we believe, the Nation’s and the world’s most user-friendly online printing website (just try to get an instant online quote for one business card, and place an online order for that one business card, with any other online printer in any part of the world).

Our 'backend' database software enables us to spend our time producing your jobs, rather than producing quotes, logging in orders, writing production schedules, filling in job-sheets, writing up bank deposit slips, etc.

We will never be satisfied with merely being 'up-to-date' with the printing industry’s trends. AllPrinting will continue to lead the printing industry in creating new developments.
