Door-hanger sizes

Door hangers are available in four sizes:

Long-drop — 297mm high x 105mm wide — the same size an an A4 letter that has been folded in half lengthways.
A5 — 210mm high x 148mm wide — the same size an an A4 letter that has been folded in half crossways.
DL — 210mm high x 99mm wide — the same size an an A4 letter that has been folded in thirds crossways.
A6 — 148mm high x 105mm wide — ¼ the size of an A4 letter.

Door-hanger hole

Each door hanger has a 65mm hole at the top.

The top of the door hanger hole is placed 15mm from the top edge of the door hanger (i.e.: the centre is 47.5mm from the top edge of the door hanger).

Door-hanger designs

You can order up to ten (10) different door hangers with your order. However, you must order each design in equal numbers. So, for example, you can order 1,000 of each of five designs (for a total order of 5,000 door hangers). But you cannot order 3,000 of one design, and 500 of each of four other designs (for a total of 5,000 door hangers).

Rapid digital printing

Our rapid digital printing department will print and dispatch your door hanger within five (5) full business days of you approving your proof. If you wish, your door hanger can be dispatched in only one (1) full business day.

Rapid digital printing is suitable for those customers whom:

Wish to order only a small quantity; and/or
Require their door hangers to be printed and delivered quickly.

Digital printing is as good as, and sometimes even better than, traditional offset printing. So, you will not need to worry about quality.

Value-based offset printing

Offset printing is the old fashioned way of printing — large presses that make lots of noise.

Door hanger printing jobs that are offset printed are dispatched within seven (7) days of you approving your proof. However, if you wish, you can select a more deeply-discounted price that has a slower production speed (i.e.: 14 or 21 days).

All value-based offset printed door hangers are offered in set quantities (i.e.: 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5000, 10,000, etc).
If you want an exact quantity that is not offered in our offset printing section, then try our digitally printed door hangers.

Whilst our value-based offset printed door hangers are competively priced, the quality remains high — our prices are reduced due to standardisation, not due to poor workmanship.
